Our New Album:
We’re very excited to announce that we’re in the process of planning our first full length album! We’ve been collecting material over the past few years, and are in the midst of writing and arranging some new tunes to debut on the album, which will be recorded in the spring of 2010.
For the past three years, we have been fortunate to grow musically as well as personally as a band and we could not have done any of this without your help. As young musicians who are fresh into the music world, we are extremely lucky enough to be doing what we love to do and already have so much support from you all. Honestly, it’s been your support – going to shows, buying our EP, mentioning, “that band with a crazy name…moose…button something” to your friends – that makes us able to do what we are passionate about. After three years, we owe you all a full length recording of our music, which is why we are so excited for this album.
In this ever changing music industry, we are fortunate enough to have the freedom and opportunity to make the kind of music we want to make. Nobody is telling us how to sound or what to look like. However, the downside of this glorious creative freedom is the lack of never-ending funds. We’ve never personally kept any of the money we’ve made from gigs. It’s all gone to travel expenses or to saving up for this record. It takes a lot of money to make a professional recording today, and even with all of this saving, we’re still short of our recording price.
Our goal is to raise $6,000, and once again, we’re asking for your help. We’ve made a list of ten donation levels, however, any level of donation would be greatly appreciated. We promise that all of the fundraised money we receive will go only to the recording process of this album.

The Moose Lovers - $100: Two pre-released and signed copies of the new CD & two free tickets to a BMUZ show*

Moose Moosic - $500: Two pre-released signed copies of the new CD, four free tickets to a BMUZ show* & a personal tune written for you by the band.**
The Blue Moose - $1,000+: Two pre-released signed copies of the new CD, four free tickets to a BMUZ show* & a private BMUZ event when we're in your hometown.**
